Shipping costs

Flat Rate Shipping (North Island): $10.00

Flat Rate Shipping (South Island): $17.00

Important

-Once your order is paid in full at checkout, we will send you an invoice.

-After this, your order is going into production which should be ready to be dispatched in around 5-12 business days.

To note: Only minimum orders of the same product or the same value will be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exchanges & Refunds

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please send us an email at admin@raglancandles.com or raglancandles@gmail.com 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping any product of us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
